Stop running your route on a spreadsheet.
Harness your operation.
FieldTracer is the AI Harness built for linen & uniform rental operators. From the plant floor to the last stop on the route — track every garment, hit every par level, and bill automatically, without training your team on new software.
Three things that eat your margin every week.
FieldTracer closes all three gaps.
Your crew shows up short-shirted
When the RSR eyeballs the count instead of checking par levels, someone starts Monday without a clean uniform. FieldTracer tracks every account's par level and item count, and flags shorts before the truck leaves the plant — so the driver shows up with the right quantity, every time.
Lost items that never make it onto an invoice
An item goes missing on pickup. Nobody writes it down. Six weeks later you're eating the cost. FieldTracer logs a loss event the moment RFID or barcode confirms an item didn't return — and queues the charge automatically on the next billing run. No paperwork, no chasing.
FR garments cycling past their wash limit
Flame-resistant garments certified to NFPA 2112 or Arc Flash stop protecting wearers after the manufacturer's wash-cycle limit. FieldTracer counts every wash, fires a replacement alert before the limit is hit, and blocks re-delivery of any item graded D or flagged for replacement — so your compliance audit never catches you off-guard.
From intake scan to invoice —
the harness handles the handoffs.
FieldTracer layers AI Routines over your existing plant and route workflow. Your team just tells it what they need, the way they'd tell a dispatcher — the harness does the rest.
Scan every item at intake
RFID tag or barcode scan ties each garment to its wearer, department code, fabric type, and wash history the moment it comes off the truck. Soil classification routes it to the right wash program automatically — light, heavy, hazardous, bloodborne, or FR-treated.
Build the route around par levels
FieldTracer reads each account's par level and current on-hand count before the route is packed. Pick-pack quantities are auto-calculated. The driver's stop card shows exactly how many pieces to leave — no guesswork, no shortage calls mid-week.
Compliance and condition checks run automatically
Every outbound scan checks wash cycle count against the item's limit, verifies condition grade is A or B, and confirms the applicable compliance standard (HACCP, NFPA 2112, OSHA BBP, Hi-Vis ANSI 107) is still valid. Grade-D and replacement-flagged items are blocked before they reach the truck.
Billing closes itself
Service completions, loss events, rewash surcharges, and COG processing fees all post to the invoice in real time. Ownership type (rental, customer-owned, lease-to-own) determines the billing rule. The Routine fires your invoices on schedule — the back-office that never clocks out.
Every data point your plant manager wishes
they had in one screen.
Item-level traceability
RFID or barcode tag ID, garment size, embroidery spec, fabric type, and in-service date — tracked per piece. Know exactly which J. SMITH XL FR coverall is on the truck, and whether it's on its 148th or 12th wash cycle.
Wearer & department assignment
Each item is tied to an assigned wearer and department code (Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Desk). Per-wearer manifests and department-level usage reports let you attribute losses and shortages down to the cost center — not just the account.
Frequency, lockers, and service dates
Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service frequency per account. Locker position count at the plant. Last service date and next service date auto-populated from the route schedule — so the dispatcher and the RSR are always looking at the same calendar.
Regulatory standards, documented
Tag each item with its compliance standard — NFPA 2112, NFPA 70E Arc Flash, HACCP Food Safety, ISO 15797, OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen, or Hi-Vis ANSI 107. Last inspection date and wash-cycle limit alerts mean your next audit is a report, not a scramble.
Your team already knows how to talk.
That's the only skill they need.
The FieldTracer Harness puts AI over your entire operation so untrained staff can run it from day one. Need to add a stop, update a wearer's garment size, or flag a loss event? Just tell it the way you'd tell your route coordinator. No manuals, no certifications, no two-day rollout.
See FieldTracer run a linen & uniform route — live, in 30 minutes.
We'll show you how the harness tracks your garments, hits your par levels, blocks non-compliant items, and closes your billing run — using your own workflow as the example. No deck, no generic demo.
